CBSE has directed that schools should mention their school name, school number and city while mailing questions. In case of technical queries, screenshots should also be attached in the mail.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) today launched a help-desk for schools/result committee preparing class 10 and 12 results. The help desk will be active from 9.30 am to 5 pm only on working days from June 24.
