Delhi University Exam: Students at Delhi University (DU) who will appear for the offline exam after a gap of about two years will be given a separate 30-minute time limit. With this, more options will be available in the question paper of such students. Explain that due to the coronavirus epidemic, DU started conducting ‘Online Open Book Examination’ for students. Recently, first, third, and fifth-semester students appeared for the online open book examination while the second, fourth, and sixth-semester students would appear for the exam through offline mode. It is expected to be held in May and June.
As part of a special move, the duration of each exam will be increased by 30 minutes, the university said in an official notification issued on Friday. “The faculty/department will be requested to give additional options in the question paper, wherever applicable,” it said. As per the notification, “Students who have filled the examination form and are not able to appear in the examination physically due to just reasons may be given one more chance to appear directly. For this purpose, the above examination will be conducted. Phase II will be conducted.
A mock test will be conducted: The university said that the faculties, departments, and colleges will be requested to provide study material to the needy students. Various faculties and departments will be requested to conduct ‘Mock Tests’ in addition to ‘Class Tests’.
