Ranchi. Despite repeated instructions by CBSE, more than 60 schools in Jharkhand have given more than the standard marks to the students in class 10th.
CBSE has directed such schools to re-upload the marks after correcting them. CBSE had directed to prepare the 10th result this year on the basis of the results of the last three years. Standards were also set for that, but many standards have not been followed. The marks which have been sent to CBSE by the school, the board has rejected it. Instructions have been given to send the result again.
If the schools do not follow the guidelines set by the board properly, then it can also affect the 12th result. The 12th result is to be released on July 31. The board has opened the portal for uploading the marks till July 22. Schools can send corrections of 11th and 12th marks till July 22. The 10th result is likely to come only after July 20.
Now it can be released this week. This time the board will not issue any merit list, neither 10th nor 12th. Schools will release the list of their respective toppers, which they have been doing already. This time the board has not taken the exam, so subject topper or zone topper will not be declared.
