Raebareli: In the first fortnight of April itself, the scorching sun has made everyone nervous. In the afternoon, fire is raining from the sky. In the hot sun, people have started avoiding coming out of their homes. Due to this, there is less crowd in the markets from 12 noon to four in the evening. In such a situation, everyone is worried about the little kids going to school. BSA has changed the timings of schools up to class VIII so that the newbies do not face any kind of problem. Now schools will run from 07:30 am to 12 noon. Earlier the timings were from 8 am to 2 pm. District Basic Education Officer Shivendra Pratap Singh said that this decision has been taken due to the increase in heat. Along with the government, it will be implemented in private schools as well. The afternoon holiday was overshadowing the children, everyone is suffering because of the heat of the sun. The most affected were the innocent children of a young age. It was difficult to return to school in the afternoon because of the strong sun and hot winds. On Thursday, the teacher’s organization met with BSA and spoke. Also, there was a demand for a change over time.
